Rudolph is not only glowing, but spinning too with this set of mini-fans with spinning lights. Each fan is a handheld battery powered fan that uses colorful LED lights placed on the soft kid-safe fan blades to create a colorful pattern of lights when spinning. Each fan handle features a character, one is Rudolph and the other is the Bumble, this set includes both.

NOTE: The fans come with sample test batteries that were packaged in 2005 and after some time, the batteries may no longer work. Batteries are easily relaced with ordinary AAA size batteries. Each fan uses 3 AAA batteries.
